It was an excellent experience in a little hotel. Location: the venue was just off a restaurant called the flying chicken, all the shops and the center. I was surprised at nearby Chimoto Ekimaedori, they had some goodies, drinks...

It was a fantastic stay with other travellers. We were in a cosy and super location just a short stroll away from a hot spring.
The area was quite noisy.

The capsule dormitory had a spacious layout and good air conditioning. The shared shower facilities were limited and often busy.

The concrete flooring woould definitley make taking off your shoes a royal pain while entering the capsule, and one locker for two people? I almost gave a good review until I realized I didn't even receive a complimentary snack for the inconvenience. Such a disappointment at Guesthouse Azito, shocking.

Cozy ambiance with friendly staff.
The room had an unpleasant smell, possibly from a pest spray. The furniture was not well maintained, as evidenced by the stained table. The dinner options nearby were quite limited, especially on Wednesdays, resulting in a frustrating dining experience.

cozy atmosphere, spacious apartment, nice balcony
The uphill trek from the station felt impossible!!! A taxi would save the struggle. Stained table and soft mattress could use immediate addressing!!! Lacking proper storage in the bathroom for clothes was a hassle!!!

The apartment at Guesthouse Azito was spacious and featured a kitchenette and a balcony. Although access from Hakone-Yumoto station was challenging with a steep incline, the helpful receptionist assisted with my luggage. The apartment's overall ambiance was pleasant, and despite the absence of a TV, the setting was conducive to relaxation after a long day.
The uphill walk from the station was quite strenuous.
